All Access Playground A Family Funfest and 5K

With the assistance of many wonderful and generous donors, the Jets Play 60 All Access Playground has been completed at Central Park of Morris County, located on Central Avenue in Parsippany near the Morris Plains border. The Morris Park Alliance held a grand opening in August 2014. Children of all abilities will be able to play together in a safe and inclusive environment. The next phase of the playground is much needed shade. Shade structures are being planned and donations and sponsorships are being requested. Approximately $30,000 is needed. "Stars Plaza" at Mennen Sports Arena

Support Mennen Sports Arena by honoring or memorializing a loved one, your favorite hockey player or ice skater with an engraved brick at "Stars Plaza."

Annual Golf Outing Scheduled

The Morris Park Alliance Annual Team Golf Challenge will take place on June 16th at Berkshire Valley Golf Course. Individual golfer registration is just $150 and includes lunch and dinner as well as challenge hole prizes. The winning team receives beautiful trophies courtesy of Tiffany & Co. Canine Activity Center

Our Center:

  • Located at Central Park of Morris County in Parsippany, at the intersection of Old Dover Road and Collins Road
  • Includes traditional off-leash dog park plus separate sections for large and small dogs

About the Alliance

The Morris County Park Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit group that supports the Morris County Park Commission in improving, maintaining, and fostering appreciation for our outstanding park system. It was established in 1998 with the primary purpose to solicit funds and resources to support improvements to the park system. The Board is made up of business and community leaders in Morris County.

Projects supported by the Park Alliance include playgrounds, gardens, concerts, picnic and golf shelters, and activities for the 50th anniversary celebration of the Park Commission.
