Baby and Me Hike
Winter is the perfect time of year to bundle up, put your baby your baby in a backpack, and explore one of the many Morris County area trails. All adults are welcome.

Opening Day at Historic Sites
The 2017 season brings the new programs and events, as well as your favorite ones to three historic sites.
Fosterfields Living Historical Farm: April through June: Open Tuesday - Saturday. Experience farm and domestic life during the early 20th century. Visit the farm animals, including horses, cows, sheep, and pigs. Tour the farmer’s home and the mansion, The Willows. See the antique cars at the Transportation Exhibit.
Historic Speedwell: April through June. Open Tuesday - Saturday. Discover the ‘Birthplace of the Telegraph’ and experience life during the early years of the Industrial Revolution. Enjoy the many programs, including the family backpack activities, crafts, and a curator’s tour. Visit the new interactive museum.
Cooper Gristmill: April through June. Open Saturdays only. Be amazed as your watch the massive waterwheel run the machinery to grind grain seeds into flour. You will never look at bread the same way.

Tour The Frelinghuysen Arboretum
Tour the majestic jewel of Morris County, The Frelinghuysen Arboretum, and its magnificent gardens and grounds with a knowledgeable tour guide. Get the inside information on the history of the property and its gardens, as well as the historic mansion.

On Tuesday, April 4 Whole Foods Market makes supporting Fosterfields Living Historical Farm as easy as buying groceries! From 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Whole Foods Market Morristown & Madison will donate 5% of NET SALES to Fosterfields Farm.
With this support, Fosterfields will launch of the honeybee initiative that includes establishing honeybee hives and a flower garden to provide a habitat for the bees. Several program will be offered to the public on bees, hives, and the food cycle!

Paranormal Evenings at Historic Speedwell!
Come and experience the phenomenon frequently known as ‘ghost hunting,’ led by Specter Seekers Paranormal Society, a group with over 25 years of paranormal experience, to examine the historic 1790s Vail House.
