The Morris County Park Commission is currently responsible for the stewardship of over 20k acres of land. It recognizes that a controlled hunting program is the most efficient and effective way available to minimize the severe threats posed to the biodiversity of native flora and fauna by overabundant white-tailed deer populations. The MCPC's controlled hunts are specifically used as a population management tool and do not represent recreational hunting opportunities.
Registration is closed for this season. To request an application for the 2024-25 Deer Management Program, please add your name and email to our distribution list by using the following link: https://arcg.is/04WmqG0.
Applications will be sent automatically to all eligible hunters who participated in the program during the previous season.
