Backyard Forestry: Plant Invasive

The Frelinghuysen Arboretum is pleased to partner with the NJ Forestry Association to provide a new series of monthly 90-minute programs that provide landowners with informative, educational, and interesting topics on how to steward your backyard woodlot. This presentation will provide an overview of some of the plants in New Jersey that are considered ‘invasive’.  Richard McCoy will describe what makes them bad and will provide information on how to eradicate them from your property. CEUs available.

Time: 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Location: The Frelinghuysen Arboretum, 353 East Hanover Ave., Morris Township 07962.
